Seeking a part-time Pastry Chef. Must have previous kitchen experience. Looking for someone who is adept at baking and has mastered French Buttercream. Experience making small naked wedding cake a plus. I'm not looking for formal wedding cakes with fondant, etc. Must be well-versed in DHEC protocol. Able to work with little supervision, most times by yourself, in a large catering kitchen. Very flexible hours. Hours range from 10-30 hours per week. However more hours will be added the coming months with wedding season. Potential to evolve into a full-time position.

Sweet Lulu’s Bakery On Wheels supplies some of chicest desserts in town such as strawberry shortcake, blueberry cobbler and Guinness chocolate cupcakes, all of which are served in stylish Mason jars. While much of their business is geared towards events and weddings, you can still track them down for an everyday treat. They also serve ice cream for dogs, so this is a bakery which truly keeps everyone happy. Prices range between $5 and $10 dollars depending on the size of dessert you’re after, and they also deliver to both home and work addresses, so they make an easy gifting option.
