Madagascar Vanilla Bean - A rich, golden, butter based cake that is tender with a dense crumb structure. Close-grained and sturdy, it's perfect for stacking our sky high layer cakes and can be paired with our fillings for even more complimentary flavor.
White Almond Wedding Cake - A snow white light and fluffy cake with a touch of almond.
Red Velvet - A moist cake with a hint of chocolate using Parisian Valhrona cocoa.
Chocolate - Lots of Parisian Valhrona cocoa, organic eggs, butter and Guinness make this an amazing decadent moist cake. Don't worry - you can't taste the beer and it's totally kid-friendly.
Swiss Buttercream - A light and fluffy frosting ideal for wedding and birthday cakes.
Chocolate Ganache - A rich semi-sweet decadent chocolate frosting. We recommend ganache layers and a Swiss exterior for birthday cakes or to cute down on the richness of the frosting, especially if pairing with a chocolate cake.
Cream Cheese - A traditional cream cheese frosting ideal for red velvet or chocolate cake.
Amaretto Cream Cheese - The above but with a touch of Amaretto liqueur for a slighty sweet nutty flavor. Ideal for our white almond wedding cake.
NOTE: Cream cheese frostings are not ideal for naked style cakes.
